Achievement.

The UN Framework Convention for Climate Change (UNFCCC) issued 395286 carbon credits worth 3.56 million US Dollar to two Bangladeshi organisations.

Carbon Credit winner Bangladesh organisations.

-Infrastructure Development Company Ltd (IDCOL) and Grameen Shakti are the two organisations that won the carbon credits. The UNFCCC has issued  carbon credits to the IDCOL and 182804 credits to Grameen Shakti.

-IDCOL is a state-owned development financial institution dedicated to promote and finance infrastructure and renewable energy projects
- Grameen Shakti, set up by Nobel Laureate Prof Muhammad Yunus, aims to take clean solar power systems AND communication technology to villages.

Support of International Organizations to Solar systems of Bangladesh.

-World Bank and Global Environment Facility (GEF), Bangladesh has installed around 6 million small solar home systems covering over 10 percent of its 160 million population.

-One of the lowest carbon emitters and one of the most climate-change vulnerable countries, Bangladesh has emerged as one of fastest growing solar energy users with rural households using renewable energy for lighting, running fans and TVs and charging mobile phones.

Okhla Bird Sanctuary is situated in Noida Gautam Buddh Nagar district on Delhi-Uttar Pradesh state border.

Okhla Bird Sanctuary is known as a haven for over 300 bird species, especially waterbirds.

Location.

Okhla barrage over Yamuna River at the point where the river enters Uttar Pradesh. It was designated a bird sanctuary in 1990 with an area of 3.5 square kilometres by the Uttar Pradesh Government of under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.

Union Government has completed the demarcation of eco-sensitive zone (ESZ) around the Okhla Bird Sanctuary in the national capital region (NCR) of Delhi.

Why Demarcation Needed ?

With the demarcation home buyers outside the ESZ will be allowed to get occupancy certificate of their flats which were pending due to NGT's order.

Earlier, National Green Tribunal (NGT) had passed an order barring any infrastructure development within 10 kilometre radius from the sanctuary's boundary. This order did not allow the people to get occupancy certificates who had booked flats in this protected area.

Largest NATO Airborne drills - US

I. US Army has launched the largest NATO airborne drills in Europe since the end of the Cold War, to enhance 'security and stability' in the region.

II. The airborne drill which has been named as "Swift Response 15" is believed to be the largest Allied airborne training event on the continent since the end of the Cold War

III. Swift Response 15 will continue
until September 13, in which nearly 5,000 soldiers from 11 Nato allies are taking part.

IV. Soldiers from Bulgaria, France,
Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,Spain, the UK and the United States are taking part in the
exercise
V. During the drill the allied warplanes led by US will drop more than one thousand paratroopers and warfare
equipment to Hohenfels training
area in Germany.

VI. "Swift Response 15" marks the return to Europe of the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division for the first time since it was sent to carry out operations in Kosovo in 1999

VII. After a short break NATO is set to stage another major exercise,Trident Juncture 2015 , which is to take place in Spain, Italy and Portugal late September.

The aim of the drills is to increase the capabilities of NATO's "high-readiness forces" based in Europe, and also to "demonstrate the alliance's capacity to
rapidly deploy and operate in support of maintaining a strong and secure Europe

-NASA has successfully performed a nearly 9-minute-long test of the engine at the heart of the US space agency's next-generation megarocket.

The agency successfully tested an RS-25 engine at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.

The test was the sixth of seven planned hot-fire trials for the RS-25, which also served as the main engine for NASA's  now-retired space shuttle fleet.

During school holidays you are making some project. It is a DAL HOUSE. You have made a Dal house on a thermocol sheet. On the left side of the roof you place a TOY TRAIN and on the right side of the roof your brother places a TOY POST BOX. While playing you move the train from left side of the roof to right side of the roof and so hit the POST BOX which falls down. Your brother starts crying.

All of a sudden the doors of your DAL HOUSE opens and a small white ENGLISH MAN comes out and claps his hands. Suddenly many small english soldiers come and bring with them many HINDU BRIDES AND BRIDEGROOMS who were about to get married in a temple. Now the Englishman shouts ” I will conduct theHINDU MARRIAGE instead of the HINDU PRIEST’. People become worried…

Then there comes Jhansi ki rani …Laxmi Bhai with her sword… she ties the english man, goes inside the house and captures his wife who is  a DOCTOR with body full of LIPSTICK marks.. Rani puts both of them in a huge WOODEN DABBA(BOX) and despatch them off to SHIMLA where the weather was too cold and it is snowing. She makes the Englishman write CIVIL SERVICE EXAMS in the open ground at SHIMLA again to get a job

Rubella (German Measles)

Rubella(German Measles). It is Caused by Rubella Virus.

Symptoms.
Rubella symptoms include sneezing, coughs, birth defects. Starts on face then rest of the body. Mainly Threat to pregnant woman. If It persists for more than 3 months then women can be affected by congenital rubella syndrome.

Relation with India.
India Recently signed an agreement with Netherlands to transfer of Technology for  rubella vaccine.

First time eradication.
North America and South America first region in the world to eradicate this Rubella ( also known as German Measles). IT Was possible only after 15 year vaccinations in this region.

North America and South America was also the first one to eradicate polio in 1994 and Smallpox in 1971 in the world.
