‘PRESIDENTIAL LEGISLATION IN INDIA : THE LAW AND PRACTICE OF ORDINANCES’ - (BOOK)

The Vice President of India Shri M. Hamid Ansari was presented with a book entitled “Presidential Legislation in India : The Law and Practice of Ordinances” by its author Shri Shubhankar Dam, a Law Professor at Singapore Management University of Law, Singapore

The book is the study of ordinances in India, centred around three main themes. It offers a detailed empirical account of ordinances,
